Giveaway
This document sets out the terms and conditions for participation in the "FIFA World Cup 2026 Giveaway" (hereinafter referred to as the Giveaway) running on the eatfels.com website.
1. Organizer of the Giveaway
The Giveaway is organized and conducted by Eat Fels Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).
2. Duration of the Giveaway
The Giveaway will run during the official period of the 2026 FIFA World Cup:
Start: June 11, 2026, 00:00 AM
End: July 19, 2026, 11:59 PM
3. Who can participate in the Giveaway?
Anyone who makes a successful and valid purchase of any amount on eatfels.com during the Giveaway period can participate in the Giveaway.
There is no lower or upper age limit for participation (in the case of a minor winner, the consent of the legal guardian is required to claim the prize).
4. How to participate and increase your chances
Every successful purchase on eatfels.com during the Giveaway period automatically qualifies the buyer for participation in the draw.
Multiple chances: If a person makes multiple purchases during the Giveaway period, each separate, completed purchase represents an additional chance (another "lottery ticket") in the draw. Thus, multiple purchases directly increase the chances of winning.
5. Prizes
At the end of the Giveaway, a total of 1 (one) winner will be drawn, who will receive the following exclusive package:
1 official FIFA World Cup 2026 match ball
1 pair of unique FELS BBQ Socks in the winner's chosen size: 36–38, 39–42, 43–46
6. Drawing and Notification of the Winner
The draw will take place after the closing of the Giveaway (expected within 5 business days after closing), using a computer program that ensures randomness.
The winner will be notified via the email address provided during the purchase.
If the winner does not claim the prize, or does not provide the desired sock size and shipping details within 7 calendar days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to draw a substitute winner.
7. Delivery and Costs
The Organizer will post the prize free of charge (the match ball and the chosen size of socks) to the domestic shipping address provided by the winner. The shipping cost will be borne by the Organizer. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
8. Data Protection
The Organizer will process the customers' data in accordance with the provisions of the eatfels.com General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and Privacy Policy, solely for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase and conducting the giveaway (contact, postage).
